How to plan the perfect Party!

*Have a backup plan: if the party is outside make sure you are just as capable of moving the crowd inside
*Theme: have everything fit from invites to plates, this makes the party seem much more organized.
*DONT PALN A SCHEDULE! let the guests decide what they would like to do by themselves, this way you'll fit the intrests of a lot more people and no one will feel rushed and the party will be more enjoyable.You can have activities but make sure they'll work any time.
*MUSIC! you should never forget music! it entertains the guests and its also a good idea to make a playlist so you wont have to skip through any unwanted songs.
